Billing and renewals
Paid plans are billed according to the package selected at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew at the same billing cycle and rate shown at the time of purchase or renewal.
Refund requests are handled under the separate Refund Policy and may be subject to payment-provider limitations or verification requirements.
Service availability and updates
We work to keep MetVPN available and secure, but uptime, speed, server locations, features, and protocols may change over time as the service evolves.
Maintenance, infrastructure issues, or third-party dependencies may occasionally affect availability without creating a guarantee of uninterrupted service.
Suspension and termination

You may also stop using the service at any time, subject to the subscription and billing rules that apply to your plan.

MetVPN is provided on an as-available and as-provided basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every service, or outcomes beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetVPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
